Class: Social Studies 101-The Dalmatian Revolotion of '61  

WDAC Art David Pacheco joins forces with acclaimed Disney animator Andreas Dejas to give a detailed "history" of Walt Disney's classics animated feature "One Hundred and One Dalmatians." David and Andreas will be joined by a special guest who will tell "tails" of her "dog days" of working on the beloved film.

  • "Light in the Forest"

Fess will also discuss his current occupation as gentleman winemaker and vintner.

Medfield College Alumni Talent Round-Up Luncheon

The Medfield College Welcoming Committee offers a "Talent Round-Up" luncheon, featuring fun, music and surprises.

First up, the Medfield Glee Club Doo-Wop group serenades with some of today's "Hit Parade" tunes. Lunch will also feature the introduction of some surprise "Medfield" Alumni in the audience-friends of Medfield students for at least the past six years.  Everyone will want to have their school Annuals signed by this group.

The Medfield College Welcoming Committee will introduce their "Talent Round-Up" by introducing some surprise appearances, plus the chance for students in the audience to win free "Graduation" prizes!

With brush in hand, guests learn the traditional techniques of hand-painting an animation cel-the same techniques that created the classic Disney animated films of the 50's and early 60's.

Students will paint an image of Donald Duck in celebration of his 70th anniversary.

Dinner and Program-"Graduation Dinner & Sock Hop"
Dress Code: Your finest 50's attire

All students gather for graduation! The ASB Class President delivers a brief commencement address while Medfield College's "Dean" officiates over the graduation exercises.  With the help of the ASB Committee & Faculty, each "student" will receive their diploma and will be encouraged to turn their mouse-tail tassles from one side and join in a rousing version of the Medfield Fight Song.

Following the "Pomp & Circumstance" of graduation everyone is invited to enjoy a real 50's home-style dinner.

Following dinner, all new "Grads" are invited to party the night away!  The ASB and faculty have emptied the Senior Class treasury to produce an unbelievable Graduation Sock Hop in Paradise Pier just for the new Grads.

Please Note: Chaperones will be provided to enforce strict adherence to the dress code and to monitor the punch!

Original Mouseketeers Bobby Burgess and Sherry Alberoni share humorous and entertaining behind-the-scenes stories regarding the most popular children's shows of the 1950's - 'The Mickey Mouse Club'

The presentation will also feature a student Q&A, culminating in a heartwarming salute to Annette Funicello, plus a special surprise straight from the Prop Department at the Walt Disney Studios.

Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.  Previous attendees have priority in having the first opportunity to register until Oct 15, 2003, to make their reservations. After that date, subject to availability, reservations will be extended to those collectors interested who have not attended before and previous attendees who wish to register after the Oct. 15th cut-off.

Walt Disney Event Services has begun to take waiting list requests from guests. Any guests still wishing to register should sign up for the waiting list as soon as possible!  They will be doing their best to accommodate guests who wish to attend, especially as they receive any cancellations.

A deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due by March 1, 2004.  

Any cancellations must be received by March 1, 2004. Please Note: Reservations cancelled after March 1, 2004 will forfeit the $300.00 per person deposit.
